I can’t say enough positive about Craig and his hypnotherapy! I started as a skeptic and this has turned out to be a FAR more productive and healing journey than any other type of therapy that I’ve tried. Not only have I worked through some major PTSD and other issues, I’ve had some phenomenal exploration sessions that completely blew my mind. If you would have told me 10 years ago that I’d say this I’d have told you that you were crazy, but it has done so much good in my life. I recommend Craig to everyone. I’m not a paid spokesperson, I gain nothing from telling you it changed my life, but it did. Seriously, got a problem? Call him.

I have never done hypnotherapy and had quite a few reservations and uncertainty regarding the process. Craig is a vessel of information regarding hypnotherapy and past life regression. He alleviated all the fears and concerns I had prior to and during my session. I would wholeheartedly recommend Craig and his services for anyone who is interested in hypnotherapy and identifying roots of issues in their lives. I have so much gratitude for Craig and the work he does and the services he offers to the community near and far.

My experience with hypnosis and Craig was 100%. I have had a very hard life and for the past 5 years I’ve been working with trauma therapists and have made remarkable improvements with EMDR and even micro current neurofeedback. But just over 3 years ago my boyfriend and I hit catastrophic times (lost everything) and I have been right back to panicking and dialed up to 100 every single day of 3 years. I was entirely unable to calm down. I had tried everything and the only thing therapy did anymore was p1ss me off. I don’t know where I got the idea from or what made me think of it but one day I just said “I’m gonna do hypnosis”. I’ve never considered it and never learned about it at all. I just knew that I had to try everything before admitting defeat. I googled providers in Arizona and decided Craig’s was the place to go. Seriously y'all, one session. After 3 years of absolute panic and misery I was able to calm down, sleep better, view my situation better, talk to my boyfriend better. And every day has just gotten better. It actually scared my boyfriend because I was acting so drastically different so fast. He’s scheduling an appointment and about to give it a shot too.
So it definitely did what I needed it to do. But I got a bonus. This is not something that I brought up to Craig because it wasn’t relevant; I just knew I’d work on it eventually. But, I’ve been a heavy drinker since I was 15. After trauma therapy I was able to quit drinking everyday of the week and was able to limit my drink to 6-8, one or two nights a week. And to be honest I never wanted to stop entirely. I like having a beer. But I’ve always wished I could just have 1-2 without being enslaved to needing more until I collapsed. After my hypnosis session I went out to eat and I ordered a tall beer. It was delicious and I didn’t even finish it. I had what I wanted and that was all. I’ve done that 3 times now and every time is the same. That’s the first time in my life I’ve ever been able to do that. I plan on having more sessions in the future. This was WAY TOO COOL!
Update:
I got another hypnosis session with Craig and this one was my favorite yet! I’ve struggled with attachment disorder my whole life (disorganized type). I had been locked in a cycle of anxiety for a couple years and Craig’s hypnosis actually broke it. I’ve struggled with this my whole life and for the past 3 month I’ve been able to regulate and recenter better than I ever have been. Also, if you go to Craig ask for The Answer Room!!! lol, I’m sure whatever he recommends is best but The Answer Room is my absolute favorite. - Kim Moody··from Google
I have been smoking for 50+ years and just was diagnosed with macular degeneration so I had to quit and knew this would not be easy. I chose to try hypnotherapy with Craig Meriwether and it worked the first session. It was crazy how well it worked without the anxiety and withdrawal I was expecting. My husband was braced for the worse but to his surprise I was a calm, happy non-smoker. It has been 4 weeks today and it's all the same...I am a happy non-smoker. I can sit in my garden with my coffee in the morning just as content as can be without the desire to smoke, Thank you Craig

I noticed over time a deep old terror that was stopping me from living my life fully and in the direction I wanted to go. I couldn't identify the terror or anything about it, just that it was there and blocking me. Craig was able to quickly find and neutralize the terror, which turned out to be a small incident from when I was two. He was marvelous - kind, friendly, encouraging, open minded, and (best of all) successful. I'll definitely go to him again next time I need hypnotherapy.

I’m so grateful I gave hypnotherapy a chance and even more grateful I found Craig. He has a way of getting to the root of the problem by asking the right questions and probing deeper. He then tunes into your subconscious with the words and messages you need to hear. Every session is individualized. I’ve had several sessions with Craig and they are different depending on what I need in that moment. Hypnotherapy may not be for everyone, but if you’re on the fence, give Craig a chance. He truly cares and has the gift of a healer.

Walking out of the clinic after my session was like walking into a new dimension of freedom, lighter and with calm and new found patience for others. My anger and anxiety was thrown away.

I had the opportunity to have a hypnotherapy session with Craig. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve had my therapy session. I was dealing with a lot of anxiety and stress and avoidance behaviors when things get difficult. I’ve noticed a considerable difference in how I tackle difficult situations and I’m not avoiding hard problems the way I used to. I would highly recommend seeing Craig if you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, or avoidance issues. After one session, you’ll notice a big difference.
